** Shares of Atlanta Electricals ATLE.NS rise 9.7% to 827 rupees in trading debut on NSE; issue price of 754 rupees

** Power, auto, and inverter duty transformers maker's 6.87 bln rupees ($77.4 mln) IPO, which comprised fresh issue of shares and existing shareholders selling shares, was subscribed 70.63x

** ATLE valued at 63.59 bln rupees, as of 14:27 IST

** Trading volume at 7.7 mln shares so far

** Proceeds to be used for debt repayment, fund working capital requirements

($1 = 88.7275 Indian rupees)
