    ** AAME reports net income of $11.8 mln vs $1.3 mln a year

    ** Says increase during Q4 was primarily due to a rise in
realized gains coupled with decrease in insurance benefits and
losses
    ** Total revenue rose to $59.9 mln from $52.3 mln in yr-ago

which is payable on April 27, to shareholders of record on April
13
    ** Shares have more than doubled in value YTD, as of last
close
