ALL: Assore International Holdings Limited confirms submission of NBIO's to
acquire Atlantic Lithium Limited

 

Assore International Holdings Limited ("AIH") confirms that it submitted
Non-Binding Indicative Offers to acquire all the outstanding shares of
Atlantic Lithium Limited ("Atlantic") that it does not already own by way of
scheme of arrangement for £0.33 per share in cash.
