Conference Attendance

The Board of Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF,
"Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration
and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, is
pleased to announce that the Company is attending the Africa Down Under
conference in Perth on 6-8 September.

Executive Chairman Neil Herbert will be participating in a panel discussion on
critical minerals in Africa at 2:15pm on Wednesday, 6 September.

Chief Executive Officer Keith Muller will also deliver a Company presentation
at 3:40pm on Friday, 8 September.

Members of the Atlantic Lithium team will be available throughout the
conference at the shared Ghana booth (booth numbers 42, 43, 44 and 45).
