Grant of PDMR Performance Rights
The Board of Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF,
"Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the funded African-focussed lithium
exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium
mine, wishes to advise that following the approval of Resolutions 8 to 12 at
its recent Annual General Meeting("AGM"), 9,298,935 Performance Rights over
new ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Performance Rights")
have been issued on 27 December 2023 to Directors and Executives of the
Company. The terms and conditions of the Performance Rights are in accordance
with the Atlantic Lithium Limited Rights Plan ("Rights Plan") and are set out
in the AGM Explanatory Statement which accompanied the Notice of AGM and can
