Notice of Annual General Meeting

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium"
or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration and development
company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, announces that its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of HopgoodGanim
Lawyers, Allendale Square, Level 27, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 at
2pm (Perth time) on 30 November 2023.
