Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium"
or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration and development
company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, will announce its
results for the year ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday, 28 September 2023.

The Company will host a live investor webinar comprising a presentation on the
latest developments concerning the Company's Ewoyaa Lithium Project, followed
by a Q&A session, at 8:30am London / 5:30pm Sydney on Friday, 29 September
2023.

The webinar will be held on the Investor Meet Company platform and is open to
all existing and potential investors.
