Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, GSE: ALLGH, OTCQX: ALLIF,
"Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the Africa-focused lithium exploration
and development company targeting the delivery of Ghana's first lithium mine,
wishes to advise that Edward Nana Yaw Koranteng has resigned from his position
of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination
Committee of the Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Koranteng held the position of Non-Executive Director in accordance with
the Mineral Income Investment Fund's ("MIIF") entitlement to appoint a nominee
director to the Company's Board, as agreed under the terms of MIIF's US$5m
subscription in the Company (refer announcement of 24 January 2024), and his
resignation follows his departure from MIIF earlier this month. MIIF maintains
its entitlement to appoint a nominee director in his place.
