Atome's shares rise on 10-year offtake deal with Yara International

** Shares of green hydrogen and ammonia producer Atome ATOMA.L jump 16.2% to 57.5p

** The company signs a minimum 10-year offtake deal with Yara International to sell its full 260,000-ton-per-year low-carbon fertiliser output from the Villeta project in Paraguay

** Anticipates that construction of the $630 million Villeta project will begin in Q425

** As of last close, Atome stock up just over 4% YTD
