AUCTION TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC

Directorate Change

Pursuant to UK Listing Rules 6.4.6R (1) and 6.4.6R(2) Auction Technology Group
plc ("the Company") (LON: ATG), makes the following announcement.

The Company confirms that, as previously announced and as planned, on 5 May
2026, John-Paul Savant stepped down from the Board as Chief Executive Officer
and resigned as an Executive Director of the Company; and Duncan Painter
joined the Board as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed as an Executive
Director.

As previously announced, John-Paul Savant will remain employed by the Company
until 20 May 2026 to provide transitional support during a handover period.
