    ** The minerals exploration co says Rio Tinto Exploration
has elected to withdraw from the Paterson North Farm-In
    ** Sipa says the project will now revert to being owned &
controlled by co
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage fall since
Feb 20
    ** Sipa stock down 24% YTD
