** Shares of Aurelia Metals  AMI.AX  jump as much as 20% to
A$0.120, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 27,
2022
    ** Gold miner says refinance process for a new credit
facility to fund the Federation Mine development in New South
Wales is progressing well
    ** Says commercial terms are largely agreed, subject to
final and binding documentation 
    ** Says co's existing banking facilities have waived testing
of financial undertakings in the existing facilities at March 31
to support the refinance process 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since March 22
    ** Shares have risen 14.3% so far this week — set for best
week since Dec. 2, 2022 if gains hold 
    ** Stock has fallen 20% YTD, as of last close
