** Shares of Australia's 1414 Degrees 14D.AX rise as much as 9.8% at A$0.066, seeing their biggest intraday pct gain since August 24, if trends hold
** Renewable energy and energy storage developer acquires Australian renewable energy project company Vast Solar Aurora
** Adds, through this acquisition, 14D gets 100% ownership of joint venture SiliconAurora and subsequent control of South Australian renewable energy hub Aurora Energy Precinct
** Adds, full ownership removes the previous JV structure and enables Co to directly progress financing and other staged development across the precinct
** Stock up 119% YTD, including sessions' moves
