4 June 2026

Aurrigo International plc

("Aurrigo" or the "Company")

Board composition - re-election of non-executive director

Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR), a leading international provider of
transport technology solutions, announces that Peter Whiting, independent
non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, will offer himself
for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 June
2026.

As the Group advances its next phase of international growth, the Board has
reviewed its composition and succession planning. The Board concluded that Mr
Whiting's capital markets experience and his chairmanship of the Audit
Committee will continue to be a valuable asset as the Group pursues its growth
ambitions, and Mr Whiting has agreed to continue in office and to stand for
re-election accordingly.

Mr Whiting brings over 25 years' experience in equity capital markets and more
than a decade as a non-executive director of publicly traded technology
companies. His expertise in financial markets and corporate governance is
expected to be of particular value as the Group scales internationally and
broadens its engagement with the investment community.

The Board has reviewed Mr Whiting's independence in accordance with Principle
6 of the QCA Corporate Governance Code and is satisfied that he remains
independent in character and judgement, and that there are no relationships or
circumstances likely to affect the exercise of his independent judgement.

Peter Whiting, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for
Aurrigo International, said:

"I am delighted to be able to continue working with the company and to stand
for re-election this year. The company has made tremendous progress in 2025
securing further institutional investment and its first strategic investor.
With new projects already announced it's an exciting period of growth ahead
and I am very much looking forward to being a part of that."

Andrew Cornish, Non-Executive Chair of Aurrigo International, said:

"As Aurrigo enters an exciting period of international expansion, the Board is
focused on ensuring it has the right depth of experience to support that
growth and to maintain the highest standards of governance. Peter's capital
markets background and his stewardship of our Audit Committee make his
continued contribution especially valuable as we scale the business globally.
We are pleased he will continue to serve, and the Board unanimously recommends
his re-election to shareholders."
