Austal gets buyout bid for US unit at up to $1.35 billion valuation Sept 9 (Reuters) - Australian shipbuilder Austal ASB.AX said on Wednesday it had received an offer from U.S.-based Wildcat Infrastructure for its U.S. business for an enterprise value of between $1.25 billion and $1.35 billion.
