** Google-parent Alphabet GOOGL.O is in advanced negotiations to buy Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz with an offer of more than $30 billion, according to a source familiar with the matter, marking its largest potential acquisition to date. nL4N3Q01G2
** London-listed Glencore GLEN.L has made an offer to acquire Canadian lithium battery recycling company Li-Cycle LICYN.MX as part of a proposal to offset operational and financial issues. nL4N3Q01LV
