acquisitions, and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on
Wednesday:

        ** British real estate portal Rightmove  RMV.L  rejected
a sweetened $8.1 billion takeover proposal from Rupert
Murdoch-owned Australian property listing firm REA Group
 REA.AX , saying the increased bid was still

    ** The German government has ruled out increasing its stake
in Commerzbank  CBKG.DE  again in the takeover dispute with

shareholder, Will Adderley, and his private investment firm have
sold a 4.9% stake in the company for 114 million pounds ($152.92
million) to institutional investors, bookrunner Barclays said on
