much as 25% to A$0.065, their highest since Jan 27
    ** The miner discovers historic gold mines at co's South
Cobar project in New South Wales 
    ** Sampling of rock chips from the mines returned high-grade
gold 
    ** Co shares set for best day since Feb 8, if gains hold
    ** About 2.4 mln shares change hand, compared with 30-day
average trading volume of 130,423 shares 
    ** Co stock down 13.3% YTD, as of last close
