    ** Miner says it has intersected high-grade silver, gold and

South Wales
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Nov. 22
    ** More than 1.9 mln shares change hands, 6.4x the 30-day
avg
    ** Stock up 160.6% YTD, including current session's moves
