** Shares of Australian Rare Earths  AR3.AX  rise as much as
10% to A$0.11, their biggest intraday gain since Feb. 6
    ** Mineral explorer secured an option agreement to acquire
100% of Valrico Resources, the entity that holds the rights to
the Overland Uranium project South Australia
    ** Adds the project comprises exploration license
applications ELA 2024/14 and 2024/15
    ** Stock down 33.3% this year as of last close
