A$0.26, set for best day since Aug 29, if gains hold
    ** Mineral explorer says an 84% increase in mineral resource
estimate (MRE) at its Koppamurra project in South Australia
    ** Co says, MRE for contained total rare earth oxide (TREO)
tonnage up 60%
    ** AR3 stock at its highest level since Sept 6
    ** Stock down 40% YTD as of last close
