    The company has raised around 1.395 billion euros to

    Shares in airport and motorway caterer closed down 7.4%

    The two private equity firms Alpha Private Equity Funds
Management Company and Peninsula Investments expressed interest
in buying stakes in Italy's laser systems maker from some of its
