ZURICH/BERLIN, July 11 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI
 .SSMI  was seen opening 0.8% lower at 10,933 points on Monday,
according to premarket indications from bank Julius Baer
 JBPRE01 .
    Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss
stocks
    
    DUFRY  DUFN.S 
    Duty-free retailer Dufry said on Monday it would acquire
Italian airport and motorway caterer Autogrill  AGL.MI ,
expanding the Swiss company's growth opportunities in

    Dufry shares indicated 6.2% higher
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    Three organisations have filed a criminal complaint to
federal prosecutors in Switzerland, alleging a failure to
exercise due diligence at UBS in relation to funds they say were
received by an alleged associate of former Congolese president
