Autotrader Group plc (the "Company")

On 21 May 2026, the Company was notified that Matt Davies, Chairman, had on
that date purchased 5,532 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and was further
notified that Amanda James, Non-Executive Director, had on that date purchased
5,477 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
