Notice of Full Year Results

Autotrader Group plc (LSE: AUTO), the UK's largest automotive platform, will
be announcing its full year results for the year ending 31 March 2026 on the
morning of Thursday 21 May 2026.

Nathan Coe (CEO) and Jamie Warner (CFO) will be hosting an analyst briefing at
9.30am on 21 May at the offices of Deutsche Numis, 21 Moorfields, London EC2Y
9DB.
