ADMISSION OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES

The Board of Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), announces that, further to the Company's
announcement on 4 September 2025 in relation to the allotment of 47,981 new
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares"), the listing
of the New Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the
admission of the New Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main
market for listed securities ("Admission") became effective and that dealings
commenced at 8.00 a.m. on 12 September 2025.

The New Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company with ISIN GB00B196F554.

Following Admission, there are a total of 66,636,738 ordinary shares in issue,
with 215,000 held in treasury. Following Admission there are 66,421,738 total
voting rights for the purpose of calculating shareholders' percentage voting
rights.
