ADMISSION OF BONDHOLDER WARRANTS

 

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company
announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 20 June 2022 in
relation to the Bondholder Warrants, the listing of the Bondholder Warrants in
the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority and the admission of the Bondholder Warrants to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission") became
effective and that dealings commenced at 8.00 a.m. on 24 June 2022.

Following Admission, there are a total of 5,857,408 Bondholder Warrants in
issue. The Bondholder Warrants have the ticker: AVAW and the ISIN:
GB00BNK93641.
