AVAW WARRANTS - UPDATE ON ISSUE OF SHARES

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company
announces that, further to its announcement on 23 December 2025, it has been
advised by the London Stock Exchange that there will be a revised date for
Admission of the new shares referred to in that announcement and allotted to
exercising holders of the AVAW Warrants of 6 January 2026.
