CAPITAL LEASE AVIATION - INTERIM DIVIDEND

 

Avation PLC (AVAP: LSE), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company
advises that its subsidiary Capital Lease Aviation Limited ("CLA") has
declared an interim dividend of £0.17 per share (equivalent to US$0.2135 per
share). Avation owns 99.68% of CLA, following its delisting during 2015. The
dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register of members as at 31 May
2022. The dividend will be payable from 6 June 2022. The dividend is payable
in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling at each member's election. If no election is
made by 15 June 2022, the dividend will be paid in Pounds Sterling.
