DIRECTOR'S SENIOR NOTES DEALING

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company
advises that board member, Dr Stephen Fisher, has sold US$205,000 in aggregate
nominal value of Avation Capital S.A. 8.25% senior notes due 2026 issued under
the Company's global medium term note programme (the "Notes"). The Notes were
sold through the market at a price of 84.52 per cent of nominal value.

Following the disposal, Dr Fisher holds $130,000 in aggregate nominal value of
Notes.
