Robert Jeffries Chatfield, a director, subscribed by warrant exercise on 23
March 2023 via a company in which he is interested for 300,000 ordinary shares
and has now sold these 300,000 shares through the market at an average price
of 125 pence per share. Accordingly, his direct and indirect holdings in
ordinary shares are 12,230,001 which represent 17.25 per cent of the share
capital.
