INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR UPDATE CALL

 

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger
aircraft leasing company will publish Interim Results for the six months ended
31 December 2025 at 7:00 AM (UK) on 26 February 2026.

 

The Company will hold an investor update call on 26 February 2026 at 7:00 AM
EST / 12:00 PM UK / 8:00 PM SGT to discuss the Interim Results. The call will
be hosted on the LSEG SparkLive platform.

 

Investors wishing to participate should register in advance on the SparkLive
website:

www.sparklive.lseg.com (http://www.sparklive.lseg.com)

 

Investors who already follow Avation PLC on the LSEG website will
automatically receive an invitation to the call. Questions may be submitted in
advance via the SparkLive platform up until 9:00 AM (local time) on the day
before the event, or during the live presentation.

 

A replay of the investor update call will be available on the LSEG website and
on the Avation PLC website.
