At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.77% at 53,166.57.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.47% at 7,677.07, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.48% at 26,191.47.
