    * Says InXL in cooperation with Avanza Bank to implement an 
offer to Avanza Bank's customers 
    * Says offer consists of a maximum of 3,000,000 shares in 
the company and will not exceed 2.5 million euros ($2.65 
million)  
    * Says registration period runs from March 12 to March 26,
