Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

Supplementary Prospectus dated 15 May 2025 (the "Supplementary Prospectus")
supplementing the Base Prospectus dated 17 March 2025 (the "Base Prospectus")
relating to a GBP £7,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the "Programme") with
Aviva plc as the issuer (the "Issuer") (the Base Prospectus as supplemented
from time to time, the "Prospectus"). The Programme enables the Issuer to
issue debt instruments including a range of subordinated securities.
