Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), please find enclosed herewith a copy of the postal ballot notice, seeking approval of the members of the Bank for: 1. Re-appointment of Chamarty Seshabhadrasrinivasa Mallikarjunarao (CH SS Mallikarjunarao) (DIN: 07667641) as an Independent Director of the Bank. 2. Re-appointment of Munish Sharda (DIN: 06796060) as a Whole-Time Director (designated as an 'Executive Director') of the Bank and his remuneration. 3. Appointment of Sesha Giridhar Kuppili (K. S. Giridhar) (DIN: 11849889) as a Non-Executive (Nominee) Director of the Bank. 4. Appointment of Arvind Subramanian (DIN: 02551935) as an Independent Director of the Bank. The remote e-voting will commence on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (9:00 a.m. IST) and end on Thursday, November 5, 2026 (5:00 p.m. IST). The result of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days from the conclusion of remote e-voting process i.e. on or before Monday, November 9, 2026 and will be communicated to the stock exchanges as required under Listing Regulations and will also be made available on the website of the Bank at www.axis.bank.in. The postal ballot notice is being sent only by email to those members who have registered their email address with their Depository Participants or KFin Technologies Limited ("KFin") and whose names appear in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as
maintained by the National Securities Depository Limited, Central Depository Services (India) Limited and KFin as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, September 25, 2026. This is for your information and records.
