SUB: RE-APPOINTMENT OF GIRISH PARANJPE AS AN INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF AXIS BANK
LIMITED ("BANK").

 

REF.: DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND
DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015.

 

This is to inform you that in terms of the applicable laws and based on the
recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors, the
Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, April 29, 2022,
approved the re-appointment of Girish Paranjpe as an Independent Director of
the Bank, for the second term of four years effective from Wednesday, November
2, 2022 up to Sunday, November 1, 2026 (both days inclusive), subject to
approval of the members of the Bank.

 

A brief profile Girish Paranjpe is enclosed as Annexure A.
