 This is to inform you that Ketaki Bhagwati (DIN: 07367868), Independent Director of the Bank has ceased to be a Director and a member of the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Bank, with effect from the close of business hours on Thursday, January 18, 2024, upon completion of her upon completion of her tenure, under the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

 The Board and entire management team acknowledges the invaluable contributions rendered by Ketaki Bhagwati, during her tenure as an Independent Director and place on record their deep appreciation for her contributions to the Board.
