 REF.:  DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE
        REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015
 SUB.:  GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS/UNITS

 

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its
meeting held today i.e., April 25, 2024, has approved grant of stock
options/units to the eligible employees of the Bank as under:

 

(a)  74,95,114 stock options at an exercise price of Rs. 1063.25/- per option
under the Axis Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000-01.

 

(b)    24,17,210 stock units at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- per unit under
the Axis Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme, 2022.

 

Disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No.
SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as
Annexure A.
