SUB.: OUTCOME OF THE BOARD MEETING OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ("BANK") HELD ON
JANUARY 23, 2024.

 

Further to our letter dated January 3, 2024, we would like to inform you that
the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("Bank") at its meeting held
today, i.e. January 23, 2024, have inter alia, approved the unaudited
financial results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter
and nine months ended December 31, 2023, which have been subject to limited
review by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, in terms of Regulation 33
of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
 

 

A copy of said results along with limited review report on the financial
results are enclosed.

 

Please note that the Board Meeting commenced at 11 am and the results were
reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at 3:40 p.m.
