Posting of AGM Notice

The Company announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in
respect of the year ended 31 December 2021 and form of proxy for the AGM, have
been posted to shareholders and are available on its website at
www.b90holdings.com.

The AGM is to be held on 14 September 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Central European
Summer Time (09.00 a.m. BST) at the offices of one of the Company's
subsidiaries, B90 Services, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, located at
Cronenburg 73, 1081 GM.
