Trading Update
The Board of Veltyco Group plc (AIM:VLTY), the online marketing company for the gaming industry, is pleased to provide a trading update prior to the year ending 31 December 2017.
Further to the update given at the time of the interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2017, as announced on 18 September 2017, the Board ofVeltycois pleased toannounce that trading since the interim resultshasremained strong. Given current levels of business, the Board expectsrevenue and EBITDA to besignificantlyahead ofmarketexpectations for the year ended 31 December 2017.
Since the interim results, the Group has continued to grow, with the Bet90 brand, which launched its new website at the end of July 2017, showing a good increase inall KPI's andperforming well in line with management expectations at the time of the acquisition. Bet90 is expected to further contribute to the Group results in 2018, specificallybyentering the South American market following the agreementwith LAOLA1 Multimedia GmbH announced on23October 2017.
The Board is also pleased with the recent investment ineSports.comby Veltyco, as announced on 11 October 2017, which is already showing great promise and is anticipated to contribute to the growth of the Company in the years to come.
