Babcock International Group PLC ('the Company') - Annual Report and Financial
Statements

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report and
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 has been made available
to shareholders and a copy submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and
will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements is available on the

of Annual General Meeting, to be held on 28 September 2023.

Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 on the National Storage
