Babcock International Group PLC (Babcock) notes that John Wood Group PLC has
today announced the appointment of David Lockwood as a Non-Executive Director
with effect from 12 March 2024.

Ruth Cairnie, Babcock Chair, said: "The Board welcomes this appointment.
Whilst David's primary focus remains his role as Babcock CEO, we believe that
the exchange of experience and practice enabled by this role will be
beneficial to both organisations."
