Transactions in own shares

 

Babcock International Group PLC (the Company) announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 60 pence each through J.P.
Morgan Securities plc.

 

 Date of purchase:                              7 August 2025

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchase:  51,836

 Lowest price paid per share:                   944.5000

 Highest price paid per share:                  1,002.0000

 Average price paid per share:                  964.5707

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 

Since 24 July 2025, the Company has purchased 1,925,112 shares at a cost of
£19,931,989.69.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,225,112 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 504,371,485 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
