Transaction in Own Shares
Babcock International Group PLC (the Company) announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 60 pence each through Jefferies
International Limited.
Date of purchase: 19 November 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 124,043
Highest price paid per share (£ per share): 11.2400
Lowest price paid per share (£ per share): 11.2000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (£): 11.2199
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Since 24 July 2025, the Company has purchased 7,232,004 shares at a cost of
£80,025,418.01.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 5,829,044 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 499,767,553 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
