A round-up of notable broker activity this morning from Europe's
top-ranked* analysts:
    
    ** UBS upgrades Britain's Rentokil  RTO.L  to "neutral" from
"sell" and raises the pest control company's PT by 22% to 480p,
seeing a potential change in strategy, particularly after recent
activist involvement
    ** Goldman Sachs raises Clariant  CLN.S  to "buy" from
"neutral", saying the Swiss chemical group has successfully
transformed into a fully downstream, specialty company

    INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS
    ** RBC initiates Swiss biochemical company Bachem  BANB.S 
with "outperform" and a PT of 100 Swiss francs, pointing to its
exposure to the GLP-1 obesity drug market
