** Shares of India's Bajaj Healthcare BAJH.NS fall 2.8% to 321.50 rupees
** The pharmaceutical company says it has agreed to sell its Gujarat undertaking to Spa Vet and Indosol Pure Technologies for about 146.7 million rupees ($1.54 million) through a deed of assignment
** Company says undertaking was not operational during the last financial year, contributing no revenue
** BAJH stock down 22.5%, YTD 

   ($1 = 95.2300 Indian rupees)
