August 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Thursday: ** Shareholders of Italian merchant bank Mediobancarejected the proposal of its chief executive Alberto Nagel to buy Banca Generali , a takeover that would have created Italy's second-largest wealth manager. nL8N3UD0BK ** KKR is the leading candidate to buy the Yokohama headquarters of automaker Nissan Motor <7201.T> and has offered around 90 billion yen ($609.80 million), a source familiar with the matter said. nL4N3UD0H3 ** Taiwan's Yageo <2327.TW> raised its tender offer price for Japan's Shibaura Electronics <6957.T> by 7% to 6,635 yen a share to outbid a rival offer as it awaits national security clearance from the Japanese government.
