UniCredit dropped appeal against Italy's decision on Banco BPM bid, document shows MILAN, June 22 (Reuters) - Italy's top administrative court at the end of May declared extinguished an appeal by UniCredit CRDI.MI in a legal row with the government over terms Rome had imposed on its bid for rival Banco BPM, a document showed.
The court's decision followed a move by UniCredit to withdraw the appeal on April 22.
